Position Overview:
In this role, client-facing skills are essential. You will collaborate closely with our senior software team while also honing your logical abilities to master the art of creating software through configuration, coding, and APIs. Your career path is flexible, allowing you to choose between a technical or business-oriented focus as you progress.
Over time, you'll evolve into a system developer who can effectively understand customer needs, gather requirements, and transform them into real-world solutions. This role bridges the gap between a Business Analyst and Software Administrator, making it suitable for fresh graduates, experienced engineers, MBAs, and even those with a background in finance or business administration.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to discuss project status, plan work, understand requirements, resolve issues, and address queries.
- Develop comprehensive design documents to specify solutions and capture insights from customer interactions.
- Configure software solutions aligned with customer requirements based on solution designs and best practices.
- Assist the leadership team in managing internal project processes, keeping projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Create demo environments for customer presentations and provide user training on software capabilities.
- Work alongside domain experts to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Deliver tailored software solutions that drive customer success.
- Support customers through various project milestones, including kickoff, configuration verification, and acceptance testing.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization and supporting your colleagues' development.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and business acumen, along with problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in both business strategy and technology.
- Basic understanding of SQL or similar database query languages.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related fields. Applicants with backgrounds in finance or business administration are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Pricing and/or Revenue Management concepts.
- Ability to present ideas and concepts verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, C#, Python, or equivalent.
- Understanding of Rest APIs and experience in coding and building interfaces.
- Experience in dataset development and analysis, with a solid grasp of data flows and processes.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
- Fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language.
